Photos of six foreign men making fun of a heavily drunken Chinese man who had apparently lost consciousness on a Beijing street early in the morning, July 13 have stirred anger and raised the attention of the police.
In the photos posted online, the foreigners took photos with the drunken man lying on the ground. They also carried him on their shoulders and left him in the middle of the street. The drunken man was left with his shirt rolled up and abdomen exposed.
