Poroshenko: Ukraine and Russia plan joint steps to seal off joint border in trouble spots

Kyiv expects Russia's Federation Council to cancel its resolution authorizing the use of the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine, and plans to work with Russia on closing off the joint border in the areas where there is armed conflict, Ukraine's President-elect Petro Poroshenko has said.
